  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, video of the product, and a note explaining the reason for return

  3. Ship Your Return

    Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address.

  4. Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account

  • Products without original packaging
